Alongside my frequent performances at prestigious venues all over the UK and Europe, I am a professional classical/jazz guitar, bass guitar, piano and music theory tutor. I have lectured Jazz at City University of London and have extensive experience of working in the state sector as a peripatetic and classroom teacher. I currently have online students based in America, China, France, Mauritius, Russia and the UK.
My musical interests range from Jimi Hendrix to John Dowland and everything in between. I have a passion for all styles and celebrate the variety of music I am fortunate enough to perform and teach as a private tutor. Whatever you want to accomplish in music, I can help you to succeed:
- Guitar/Bass Guitar, Grades 1-8 (ABRSM, Trinity, RGT, Rockschool)
- Music/Music Technology, GCSE and A-Level
- Music Theory, Grades 1-8 (ABRSM and Trinity)
- Guitar/Bass Guitar, Diploma and Degree Recitals
- Piano, Grades 1-8 (ABRSM, Trinity Rock & Pop)
I am regularly booked as an accompanist for examinations. Please contact me regarding availability. I am based in St. John’s Wood, London.
I kindly ask that all new students complete the Musicians Union teaching contract:
I also kindly ask that lesson cancellations be made no less than 24hrs before the scheduled lesson. If there is not sufficient notice, I may have to make a 50% charge for the allocated hour.
